D&D and game night scheduling
A session needs the whole table, not a majority. Offer a few Friday evenings and see which one everyone can actually play.
Dates that get answers
The template is the next four Fridays, 18:00–22:00. People mark the hours they are free, so a late arrival shows up as a gap instead of a vague “maybe evening.” If you play on Sunday, change the days first. This does not manage characters, initiatives, or a campaign calendar.
Lock the table
Ask for answers a few days ahead so the host can set the table. Autoki does not remind players.

Game night — mark the hours you can play. No account needed. (paste the link) I'll call the session once everyone has answered.
Questions
- Will it show if one player is missing?
- Yes. A time where everyone answered yes or maybe is marked. One no is enough to see that the full table is not free.
- Can we schedule a one-shot on Saturday?
- Yes. Replace the Fridays on the create form.
