How many dates to offer
Three or four evenings is enough for a party. A meeting can use the next few weekdays. A trip only needs the upcoming weekends. A long list is harder to answer.
Ask for a deadline
Autoki does not send reminders. Put a date in the message you paste, so you can book the room or the table in time.
Message to paste
Can you mark when you're free? Yes, maybe, or no — no account needed. (paste the link) If you can answer by Friday, I can book it.
Questions
- Does anyone need an account?
- No. Creating and answering are both free, and neither one asks you to sign up.
- Will Autoki email or text the group?
- No. After you create the event, copy the link into Slack, email, or a group chat yourself.
- Can I change the dates that were filled in?
- Yes, before you create the event. After it is created, start a new one if the candidate dates need to change, and send the new link.
