The destination can wait. First find the days people can actually take. A couple of weekends is enough to see the overlap.
Dates that get answers
The template is the next four weekend days, Saturday and Sunday, 09:00–18:00. Add a Friday or a Monday on the create form if the trip needs a long weekend. This does not check flights or hotels. It only shows who is free.
Ask before fares jump
Put a deadline in the message if you need to book. Autoki does not remind the group and does not book anything.
