Family reunion scheduling
A family thread does not converge on a date by itself. Offer a few Saturdays and let people mark the afternoon they can travel.
Dates that get answers
The template is the next three Saturdays, 11:00–16:00, which fits a lunch that runs into the afternoon. If the reunion is a holiday weekend, replace those dates on the create form. Add Friday when people need a travel day.
Leave time for travel
Ask for answers at least two weeks out if anyone is booking a flight or a room. Autoki does not send reminders, so put the date in the message.

- Can someone answer for a child?
- Yes. Each response is just a name. A parent can submit for a kid, or the kid can answer on their own phone.
- Does this book the house or the restaurant?
- No. It only shows when people overlap. You make the booking yourself.
- Is it free?
- Yes. Nobody needs an account.
