An office party stalls when nobody wants to pick the date. Offer a few December evenings and let people mark what is actually open.
Dates that get answers
Friday evenings from December 1 to 20 work for most offices. The week of Christmas is harder, so it is left out of the template. This page fills 18:00–21:00 on those Fridays. Outside the season, it uses the next Friday evenings instead. Change the days if your party is a Thursday.
Set a deadline in the message
Autoki does not remind anyone. Ask for answers about two weeks before the earliest date, so you can still book a room or a table.

- Do people need to sign up to answer?
- No. They open the link, type a name, and mark yes, maybe, or no. It is free.
- Is this only for offices?
- No. The same form works for a friend group. The December evenings are just a starting point.
- What if someone is in another time zone?
- Same time zone is the usual case. Someone elsewhere can still answer in their own local time.
