Study group scheduling
Class schedules do not match, and a group chat will not line them up. Offer a few late afternoons and meet when the overlap is real.
Hours to offer
The template is the next four Monday-to-Thursday afternoons, 16:00–20:00. Fridays are left out because a lot of groups treat them as gone. Add an evening or a weekend on the create form if that is when you actually study. The form does not know anyone's class calendar. People mark it themselves.
Decide before the library closes
Put a same-week deadline in the message if you need a room. Autoki does not send reminders or reserve a room.

Questions
- Can each person use their own time zone?
- Yes, if someone is remote. A group on one campus can ignore time zones and just mark local hours.
- Does this sync with a school calendar?
- No. It is only an availability poll.
- Is it free for students?
- Yes. It is free for everyone, with no account.
