Doodle compared with Autoki
Doodle is a group poll for finding a time. Finishing one requires an account, and the free plan limits how many time slots you can offer. Autoki collects yes, maybe, and no on a time grid, with no account.

When to pick Doodle
You want the poll connected to calendars, Google Meet, or Zoom. Doodle’s plan table lists those on the free plan. Microsoft Teams and Webex are listed on the paid plan only.
You want Doodle to email voters when the time is final, or a free account is fine and 20 time slots is enough. Unlimited slots, no ads, and automated reminders are listed as paid-plan features.
When to pick Autoki
You do not want an account to finish creating the poll. Voters on Autoki enter a display name and are not asked for an email address.
You want more than 20 time slots without a paid plan. Autoki does not show a slot cap.
You want yes / maybe / no in each person’s local time, then you add the chosen time to Google Calendar or download an .ics file yourself. Autoki does not send a confirmation email.
