When2meet compared with Autoki
When2meet opens on a form: event name, dates, two time menus, and a time zone. Autoki is also a no-account link, and guests mark yes, maybe, or no on a time grid.
Written from public pages as of October 2026. Numbers and plans change, so open the sources below before you decide. Anything we could not verify is left out.

When to pick When2meet
You want to start on a single page: name, dates, a time range, and a time zone, with no account field on that form.
How people mark times, what it costs, and what happens after you pick a slot are not explained on the homepage we checked. Look at when2meet.com before you rely on it.
When to pick Autoki
You want yes / maybe / no, a heatmap, and a per-person table. Guests answer in their own time zone, and the results page can switch the display zone.
You want an English or Japanese screen, a demo that saves nothing, and a manual add to Google Calendar or an .ics download. Autoki does not send email.
